Rights and obligations under
The Law of Consumers Protection
Under the Law of Consumers Protection we do submit the following non-aligned information:
1. Our Name and Address – «ТОMIL HERB» ООD ,ЕИК:121890660, Town of Septemvri 4490, Region Pazardzhik, 6, Dunav Street
2. Subject of Activity: Production and sale in the country and abroad of herb products, foods and food supplemets.
3. The basic characterizations of the goods are given in detail on the presentation page of each product.
4. The price includes the VAT and it is given on the presentation page of the relevant product.
5. The transport costs for the delivery is included in the end value of the order.
6. We do not require additional value for the purpose of using the communication means, which are:

Customer’s Data:
The data which we require in the purchasing process are needed only the delivery to be to executed. These data aren’t given to third parties by no means.
Delivery of products:
1. The ordered good is delivered on the address given by the customer. The customer undertakes to quarantee access and possibility the good to be received.
2. If the applicant doesn’t provide access and conditions for the delivery of the good on the given address, «ТОМIL HERB» ООD will not bear any responsibility for non-performed delivery.
3. For the purpose of C.O.D. (cash on delivery) payment the order value and the transport costs must be paid to the courier at the delivery.
4. All prices of the products are in Bulgarian Leva, VAT is included. They do not include the delivery price. »ТОМIL HERB» OOD reserves the right to change the given prices unilateral.
5. At the order time the customer is obliged to give an accurate address and telephone number, which are needed for the purpose of contact establishment during the delivery term.
6. The statement of wrong address and/or telephone number voids the order and it will not bind »ТОМIL HERB» OOD with the obligation to realize the delivery.
7. The Buyer has the right to refuse the receiving under one of the following conditions:
- the delivered goods doesn’t correspond evident to the customer’s order, and this can be specified during the examination.
- the price which must be paid by the customer doesn’t correspond to the price due
- in case of non-conformity between the ordered and the delivered good, for which it was not possible to be found at the delivery time, the customer may require the delivered good to be replaced by a delivery which corresponds to his purchase order 24 h from the reception.
8. All shipments are realized by an express service. The shipments must be delivered by the courier on the next working day after paiment reception. The payment is a C.O.D. payment, the shipment wil be delivered on the next working day for the courier company, which follows the day of service order.
