It can irradiate to the lumbar area and the right half of the back (right shoulder-blade and right shoulder). Often the pain comes at night. The patients are scared and anxious. They difficult can find comfortable place. It is possible to have high fever, transitional darkness of the urine and whitening of the stools (these symptoms are result from blocking of bile).
