Intestinal gas and flatulence

Increased formation of gases in the intestines can be due to external factors (menu, 24-hour diet, seasonal changes in diet) and internal causes - congenital changes in the mucous membrane of the stomach, intestines, inflammation - gastroenteritis, colitis, etc. There are also age peaks in which a person is exposed to a greater danger of gas formation - childhood, late age. The most common causes of flatulence are: hard-to-digest foods, vegetables, irregular eating, gastritis, chronic colitis, allergic reactions.
