Ulcer

The patients complain for paine at the upper abdomen, near by the navel. It appears befor eating at night, before or after meal. For stomach ulcer the early pain after meal is characteristic, and for duodenal ulcer, the pain late after eating is , pain before eating and night pain . Usually the pain exacerbate during spring and fall. The continue several weeks and after that subside and disappear. In some cases the disease is asymptomatic and painless. More rarely is seeing vomiting after which, complains subside. More patients have dizziness and hard burn .The appetite is normal and some times increased. Very often patients complain for changeable mood, easy irritation, insomnia. Almost in half of the patients there is low blood pressure.
