Hypertension

Hypertension is a disease which is met most frequently in persons of brain work, attended by psychical and nervous pressing. The heredity is an important factor for its progress. Smoking and alcohol are conductive to hypertension. Early complaints are cephalagia, insomnia, thrill, tachycardia, easy mental and physical fatigue. The cephalgias with fasten effect are present in the morning, after sleeping and in the evening after work. It is located on forehead and on the scruff of the neck. Later stage is characterizing wiith constant complaints and increasing the values of the arterial blod pressure 150-180/95110 mm Hg. In the course of disease hypertonic crises often appear with quickly and abrupt raising blood pressure up to and over 190/115 mm Hg, and increasing head ache. The crisis has different duration - from 1-2 hours to 3-4 days, as it is accompanied by intensive headache, dizziness and vomiting, vertigo, impairment of vision and hearing, tachycardia and tremor.
