Dysmenorrhoea and irregular menses

Dysmenorrhoea and irregular menses are a medical term which manifests with menstruation cramps - dull and pulsing pain in the lower part of abdomen, which some women have before and during the menstruation. In some cases they are so intensive and disturb everyday activity of the woman. The pains in menstruation begin three years after menarche, but they can appear later. They can persist by the 20th year of the women or till the first gravidity, after that they decrease in power or fully disappear. The symptoms of dysmenorrhoea manifest with dull and pulsing pain in the lower abdomen irradiating to the back and thighs. More rarely these symptoms are accompanied with dizziness and vomiting, thin tools, sweating and vertigo.
